Fruit trees; pick up and remove branches and debris, compost and mulch around trees, monitoring for pest and diseases, apply organic OMRI oils or mineral sprays for fungus IF needed.

Start seeds in flats; 90+ growing degree day crops such as heirloom squashes and corn.

Sow cold crops in flats or direct such as lettuce, peas, and brassicas (if you are ready to baby them under row covers all summer, I wait and do fall plantings)

Bring overwintered bulbs such as Dahlias out into hoophouses or into protected areas
